Ford's Consumer Experience Movement was created with the idea that happy employees equal happy customers and if we are good to our customers, they are good to us. Dealerships that enrolled in this program worked with our coaches to help train their staff in these methodologies. At MSX International, our team helped support this program by producing training materials, incentive programs and marketing through social media.
Results: Dealerships that used the CEM Program saw an increase in profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
