Subaru Express Service

Subaru Express Service is a quick and easy car maintenance service program offered at participating Subaru Dealerships. At MSX International our team produced training materials that were utilized in the dealerships that educated technicians and advisors on the quick service process. Deliverables included, job aids, posters, e-learning courses, workshop materials and portal design.

Result: Through this program we were able to educate dealers, service advisors and technicians on a quick service process that would help them win more business. We helped train dealerships across the US in our process.
